Timber Tongue & Groove floor & roof • 3mm toughened glass • Polyester based mineral roof felt • Heavy Duty 12mm Tongue & Groove Boards with Golden Larch Water Based Painted Finish • Delivered and installed locally on your prepared level base •
ALL DIMENSIONS ARE EXTERNAL TO WITHIN +/- 1” (25mm)
We also offer some optional extras you can view below.
NB. A flat and level base, concrete or slabs will be required for us to install the building on.

PLEASE NOTE: Timber is a natural product. Knots, splits, shakes and some movement can occur which we cannot prevent. Our roofing felt is suitable for all our garden buildings and on occasion can ripple due to varying weather conditions. These are not considered to be defects of the materials. We do recommend that our garden buildings are treated with a suitable waterproof treatment as soon as possible after installation and then again on an annual basis for extra protection.
