DELIVERY
When you add an item to your basket you will be asked to enter your postcode, this will give you our delivery charge for your area.
For deliveries outside of our standard postcode delivery area please call our office on 01472 343459 or contact us here. Alternatively, orders can be collected from our Grimsby office at 1 Charlton Street Grimsby, DN31 1SQ or The Timber Mill, Church Lane, Marshchapel, DN36 5TW.
DELIVERY FROM ORDERING
Our deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 8am and 4.30pm. We will contact you with a delivery day and our drivers will text you on the day when they are on their way with your delivery.
The majority of our timber and fencing materials will arrive on an 18 ton Hiab lorry which will be lifted into your driveway or front garden. Any advance notice of any access problems or road restrictions for delivery on ordering will help us plan which vehicle your delivery would be best delivered on, ensuring a smooth service.
Please note that someone will need to be present to sign for the delivery. We can leave products un-signed for by request at your own risk and our driver will leave them in a reasonable place at their discretion.
RETURNS
All goods must be inspected on delivery and any problems communicated to us immediately. You can do this by telephoning or office on 01472 343459 or contact us here. Please see our terms and conditions for further information on returning goods.
